Amelie Bourgeois

Amélie Bourgeois is a French perfumer and co-founder of independent studio Flair Paris.

Born in 1981 in the Landes, she grew up between pine forests and wheat fields before studying cosmetology, where a chance encounter with fragrance redirected her entirely.

She trained under Monique Schlienger at Cinquième Sens from 2002, spending seven years there before co-founding Flair in 2012 alongside Anne-Sophie Behaghel.

Her work is rooted in nature and memory, with a particular talent for compositions that evoke and surprise in equal measure.

Her credits span BDK Parfums, Frapin, Les Liquides Imaginaires, Mendittorosa, and Jovoy Paris.
