Collection: Toskovat'

The name comes from the Russian concept of toska: a deep, often causeless spiritual longing that has no clean English translation. It runs through everything Toskovat' makes. David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi calls his fragrances extraits de mémoire rather than extraits de parfum, a distinction that matters: these are not perfumes designed to smell beautiful, they are designed to make you feel something specific. The references are visceral and deliberately uncomfortable — childhood, loss, war, nostalgia rendered in contrast rather than harmony. The house is small, the output is intentional, and the point of view is completely its own.
