Memo was founded in 2007 by Clara Molloy, a Parisian-Catalan poet, and her husband John, who brought five years as general manager at Kenzo and LVMH. The house runs on one principle: unrestricted freedom for its perfumers, no constraints on ingredients or composition. That freedom shows in a collection spanning Morocco, Ibiza, Burma and Brazil, with leather as a recurring, nomadic signature. Natural raw materials are non-negotiable, and the name says it all: Memo, for the olfactory residue a place leaves behind, worn on skin and re-travelled every time.
