Antonio Gardoni

Italian by origin, Antonio Gardoni trained as an architect, founding Jump Studios in London, before a passion for botanicals drew him into self-taught perfumery.

He works at night, when ambient smells recede, and produces his own plant extracts through steam distillation, infusing resins, woods, metals, and roots into alcohol to create highly personalised raw materials.

He founded his own label Bogue Profumo and has collaborated with Zoologist, creating Tyrannosaurus Rex (2018): a smoky, earthy, prehistoric composition that became one of the brand's most celebrated releases.
