Arturetto Landi

Arturetto Landi is a Senior Perfumer at MANE Dubai, with a career spanning nearly five decades.

Born in Lerici on the Italian Riviera, he began his professional training in Germany in 1976, graduating as a perfumer in 1980, before working across New York, Paris, Tokyo, Vienna, and Dubai through stints at Haarmann & Reimer, Dragoco, Symrise, and MANE.

He is among the first Western perfumers to have explored oud in depth, encountering the material on early trips to the Middle East and integrating it into his work long before it reached mainstream perfumery.

He has also launched his own line, Profumi d'Art, and his credits include biehl parfumkunstwerke, Diesel, and The People of the Labyrinths.
