Collection: Ashley Santiago

Ashley Santiago is a perfumer at Givaudan's fine fragrance centre in Paris, and the youngest professional perfumer at the house.

She came to perfumery through teenage obsession: fragrance blogs, raw material rabbit holes, a hyper-fixation that never let go, before committing fully to the formal path: a chemistry degree pursued solely to become a perfumer, a master's in perfumery in France, and eventually acceptance into the Givaudan Perfumery School.

In 2025 she co-founded French Cowboy alongside her husband Adrien Ollat, a brand named in part as a tribute to her Mexican grandfather, who was a cowboy across the Americas, and in part as a statement about delivering French fine fragrance quality without shying away from risk.
