Collection: Bertrand Duchaufour
Bertrand Duchaufour is one of niche perfumery's most revered and prolific noses.
Born in France, he trained at Lautier Florasynth in Grasse from 1986, then spent a decade at Créations Aromatiques and time at Symrise before serving as perfumer-in-residence at L'Artisan Parfumeur for a celebrated ten-year period.
He is especially known for incense-rich, travel-inspired works: Timbuktu (L'Artisan, 2004), Dzongkha (L'Artisan, 2006), and Jubilation XXV (Amouage, 2007) among them.
He also created Queen of the Night for Sydney-based Grandiflora.
Critic Luca Turin described him as having created 'some of the most beautiful fragrances of the last twenty years.'
