Christelle Laprade

Christelle Laprade is a perfumer at Symrise, New York.

Born in Sanary-sur-Mer in the south of France, she trained at ISIPCA in Versailles from 1997 under Maurice Roucel and Dominique Ropion, before moving through Expressions Parfumées and MANE USA before joining Symrise in 2006.

She describes her signature style as "trash-glam", a deliberate duality between sophistication and rawness, masculinity and femininity, and approaches perfumery with the conviction that it should be fun, emotional, and anything but conventional.

Her credits include Commodity's Milk trilogy, Calvin Klein CK One Reflections, Christian Siriano, Mind Games, and Quartana Parfums.
