Christian Provenzano

Christian Provenzano is Master Perfumer and Global Director of Perfumery at CPL Aromas, with over fifty years in the industry.

Born in Casablanca to Italian parents, he trained at the Naarden school of perfumery in Holland before joining CPL in 1989, where his credits include Agent Provocateur, Jo Malone, Penhaligon's, Clive Christian, and By Kilian.

A long period based in Dubai gave him a rare depth in Middle Eastern perfumery, oud included, well before it reached Western mainstream.

He was appointed CPL's first Master Perfumer in 2021 and has his own line, Christian Provenzano Parfums.
