Collection: Francois Merle Baudoin

François Merle-Baudoin is a French perfumer born in Grasse into a fifth-generation perfumery family, his grandfather having created Anaïs Anaïs.

He began working in the family laboratory at twelve before training formally at Roure's fragrance school in Grasse.

His career has spanned France, Singapore, and Australia, giving him an international olfactory perspective that sits alongside a deep grounding in classical Grasse technique.

He is particularly known for his work with natural oud, translating its intensity for Western sensibilities.

His credits include Fragrance Du Bois and Goldfield & Banks, where he co-created Pacific Rock Moss with Carine Certain Boin.
