Lucien Ferrero

Lucien Ferrero is a Master Perfumer and founder of his eponymous house, Lucien Ferrero Maître Parfumeur (now Anthologie).

Born in Grasse to a family of flower growers, his maternal grandparents cultivated roses and jasmine for the fragrance industry.

He studied perfumery in Geneva before building his career in Paris and eventually joining Expressions Parfumées in Grasse. His career spans more than five decades, with roots in the era of classic French luxury perfumery.

He later launched his own brand as a vehicle for complete creative freedom, with the collection conceived as a personal hymn to love and Provençal nature.

He also collaborated with Jean-Claude Ellena on a two-handed project producing C'est.Mutine and C'est.Rebelle, reuniting the two perfumers after more than forty years.
