Collection: Mathilde Bijaoui

Mathilde Bijaoui is a perfumer at Mane, Paris.

Born in Paris to a North African father and French mother, her sense of smell was shaped early by her father's market trips and kitchen experiments.

A visit to the Osmothèque in Versailles at twelve confirmed her direction; she studied chemistry then enrolled at ISIPCA, joining Mane in 2004.

A self-described synaesthete who experiences fragrance in colour, her creative instinct runs through food, texture, and Mediterranean memory.

Her credits include État Libre d'Orange, Jo Malone, BDK Parfums, Narciso Rodriguez, Roger & Gallet, and L'Occitane.
