Collection: Nisrine Bouazzaoui Grillié

Nisrine Bouazzaoui Grillié is a perfumer at Givaudan, Paris.

Raised in Morocco among orange blossoms, the leatherwork of the medinas, and her mother's spice-laden kitchen, she studied engineering and chemistry in France before joining Givaudan as a technician intern and working her way into the four-year Givaudan Perfumery School.

A self-described synaesthete who translates scent into texture and emotion instinctively, she also spent a decade in theatre and plays electric and bass guitar, both of which feed directly into a creative process built on contrast, code-breaking, and narrative.

Her credits include Dries Van Noten, Etat Libre d'Orange, Dolce & Gabbana, Carolina Herrera, Azzaro, Map of the Heart, and Liquides Imaginaires.
