Vincent Ricord

Vincent Ricord is a Senior Perfumer at TechnicoFlor, Paris.

Born into a Grasse perfumery family where almost everyone worked in the industry, he had his first lab internship at thirteen and was hooked.

He trained formally before joining Expressions Parfumées in 1999, where he spent fifteen years across fine fragrance, personal care, and naturals. He then moved to Drom Fragrances and CPL Aromas before joining TechnicoFlor in 2023.

Alongside his creative work he has taught at the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris.

Music and drawing are the twin threads running through his creative process: he plays bass in a jazz band and approaches composition the way a film composer approaches a score.

His credits include Clive Christian, Ex Nihilo, Liquides Imaginaires, Kajal, Lalique, and Hayari Parfums.
