Anne-Sophie Behaghel

Anne-Sophie Behaghel is a French perfumer and co-founder of independent studio Flair Paris.

Born in Paris in 1978, she studied chemistry at Pierre and Marie Curie University before training in perfumery at Cinquième Sens under Monique Schlienger.

She went on to work at both Firmenich and Symrise before joining Amélie Bourgeois at Flair in 2013.

Her signature approach centres on the bold overdose of synthetic molecules combined with the finest naturals, a tension between abstraction and elegance that gives her compositions a distinctive, quietly daring soul.

Her credits span Alexandre.J, Mendittorosa, Les Liquides Imaginaires, and Maison d'Orsay.
