Fabrice Pellegrin

Émilie Coppermann (née Bevierre) is a Master Perfumer at Symrise, Paris, where she has spent her entire career, joining Florasynth in 1993 before it was acquired by Symrise, and earning her Master Perfumer title in 2016.

Raised in Paris by bohemian parents and a grandmother devoted to Chanel, she trained in organic chemistry before graduating from ISIPCA in Versailles.

Her signature is built on counterintuitive contrasts: unexpected ingredients, wood notes pushed into feminine territory, warmth cut with freshness.

Her credits span Balmain, Burberry, Carolina Herrera, Givenchy, Paco Rabanne, and Van Cleef & Arpels, alongside niche work for What We Do Is Secret, A Lab on Fire, and The Different Company.
