Giovanni Festa

Giovanni Festa is a Neapolitan perfumer and founder of the niche house Aulentissima, launched in 2017 with its first atelier opening in Via Calabritto, Naples, in 2019.

His path to perfumery ran through the cosmetics industry: as the founder of Galeno, a high-end Italian cosmetics company, his extensive export travels brought him into contact with rare natural essences and oils that ultimately redirected his focus entirely toward fragrance.

His palette draws on vetiver, patchouli, papyrus, leather, and saline accords rooted in the Mediterranean landscape.

His work is narrative in structure, each collection conceived as a sequence of stories drawn from travel, literature, philosophy, and figurative art.

He was a finalist at the Art and Olfaction Awards in 2018 for Osang, created for Mendittorosa.
