Collection: Spyros Drosopoulos

Spyros Drosopoulos holds a doctorate in Neuroscience, an unusual background for a perfumer, but one that informs his approach to scent with intellectual rigour and a fascination with how fragrance is processed at the level of the brain.

After taking a perfumery class, he found himself wholly captivated by the creative process and dedicated himself to learning the craft independently.

He is the founder of Baruti, his own minimalist niche fragrance label, and has created fragrances for Zoologist Perfumes: notably Koala, a comfort-oriented eucalyptus and honey composition, and Olm (2025), a mineral and aquatic fragrance exploring the subterranean world of cave-dwelling amphibians.
